I’ve been a fan of Nadja (Aidan Baker’s project) since a friend turned me on to “Truth Becomes Death” – epic distorted textures that build and build. Fans of Jesu and his epic drone metal will definitely enjoy this.
Now, I’m psyched that he’s released a new Nadja album called “Touched” – and you can listen to full previews at the Alien8 recordings site. Nice!
Edit: just traded emails with Sean from Alien8 about my transaction. Thanks for making this painless and for great service (I didn’t understand the new paypal eCheck thing). Just makes me like Alien8 even more. 
Edit2: OMG this album is simply brilliant…lots of headcrushing distortion with soaring textures and distorted drumming.
